The wolf sanctuary is located in Williams Oregon, 30 minutes from Grants Pass and an hours drive from Ashland and Medford. | HAWS is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation regulated by USDA as a class C exhibitor. We receive no tax payer money from government and are in no way connected to any wolf release programs. All our funding comes from tours, adoptions, sponsorships, donations and gift shop sales. Grants are very few and far between as most do not support wildlife sanctuaries.The sanctuary is run by volunteers. No paid staff including the founders for 16 years. | ||
